How booking, payment, rescheduling and delivery work.

Booking
A date is held on receipt of a bank transfer deposit. The balance is paid on the day of the session. There is no card payment on this site.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Free rescheduling with more than 72 hours' notice. Between 72 and 24 hours, the deposit moves to a new date once. With less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is not refunded.
Delivery
Retouched photographs within 5 working days, or 48 hours with express delivery. Choosing the images included in your package is yours to do. Additional photographs can be bought at your package rate.
Use of images
Delivered images are yours for personal and professional use, with no time limit. Use of the images by the studio depends on a separate written release — see the image use policy.
Under review
A working version, subject to legal review before launch.
A working version, drafted from current legislation. It will be reviewed by a solicitor specialising in data protection before launch.
